是不是这样可以说相对Erlaubnis zum Daueraufenthalt-EG和Niederlassungserlaubnis相比，前者有后者所有的功能，而且条件更好.
从现行法律上讲，是的。
Daueraufenthalt-EG的缺点还有待在法律实践中慢慢发现。

Niederlassungserlaubnis的规定是每年至少要在德国待满１８０天，而且一次不能离开德国超过１８０天。Erlaubnis zum Daueraufenthalt-EG的规定是不是一次不能离开欧盟超过1年，有没有每年至少要在欧盟待满的时间限制。$frage$
另外Erlaubnis zum Daueraufenthalt-EG是指欧盟国家有效还是申根国家有效，比如英国是欧盟国家但不是申根国家。$frage$
