五大道、解放北路历史风貌建筑整修 现昔日神采

http://pic.enorth.com.cn/0/04/88/93/4889337_577613.jpg 整修前的百福大楼http://pic.enorth.com.cn/0/04/88/93/4889307_717442.jpg 整修中的百福大楼　　北方网消息(记者常悦 通讯员吴梅 李琦琳)：记者从天津市国土房管局获悉，从今年3月份开始，本市对迎奥运环境综合整治范围内的五大道、解放北路等重点道路及地区共计393幢、56.25万平方米历史风貌建筑进行整修。目前，这些历史风貌建筑已经按照“修旧如故”的原则，基本恢复了往日的风采。
　　据了解，天津作为国家级历史文化名城，保留了大量的历史风貌建筑。2005年，《天津市历史风貌建筑保护条例》实施后，历史风貌建筑的保护工作进入了新的阶段。今年迎奥运环境综合整治工作中，全市393幢历史风貌建筑被纳入整修范围。其中最具代表性的是解放北路1-5号(百福大楼)、解放北路103-111号(原大清邮政津局)两幢历史风貌建筑。这两幢建筑是按照历史图纸等资料进行恢复历史原貌的高标准整修。整修后的百福大楼、原大清邮政津局无疑将更加彰显天津的历史文化魅力，也将成为市容景观中的亮点。
　　据了解，解放北路1-5号(百福大楼)建于1926年，法文名字为“BELFRAN-BLG”，意为漂亮的建筑，由比商义品公司法籍工程师孟德尔松设计，是集商业、办公、公寓式住宅于一体的综合性大楼，造型似船形。在80多年的使用过程中，这幢建筑的结构和外部造型虽没有大的变化，但临海河一侧酷似船首桅杆的屋顶塔楼旗杆却已损毁消失了。整修之前，由建筑使用单位、设计单位、历史风貌建筑管理单位一起对该建筑进行了全面的查勘，同时查阅了历史图纸、历史照片，依据《历史风貌建筑保护图则》，做出了恢复屋顶塔楼的设计方案。目前，屋顶塔楼已安装完毕，其他整修工作也已接近尾声。
http://pic.enorth.com.cn/0/04/88/93/4889310_611956.jpg 原大清邮政津局历史照片http://pic.enorth.com.cn/0/04/88/93/4889309_334870.jpg 整修前的原大清邮政津局http://pic.enorth.com.cn/0/04/88/93/4889308_973819.jpg 整修中的原大清邮政津局　　解放北路103-111号为原大清邮政津局。大清邮政津局前身为天津海关书信馆，1878年由天津海关税务司德璀琳负责以天津为中心，在北京、天津、牛庄(营口)、烟台、上海试办邮政。1879年，天津海关书信馆更名为天津海关拨驷达局(拨驷达为英文post的译音)。随着邮政业务不断扩展，工作人员增多，海关内的房屋日渐紧张，1884年，天津海关拨驷达局租用了现解放北路111号的房屋，作为办公用房。1896年清王朝试办国家邮政，1897年2月2日，天津海关拨驷达局改为大清邮政津局，对外营业。该建筑是我国现存唯一的大清邮政官局局房。该建筑是当时法国天主教会经营的房产。二层砖木结构楼房(带地下室)，平面呈“L”形，临街转角处突出八字形角楼。建筑外立面为中国传统青砖砌筑的罗马券柱式。除局部窗户用半圆形拱券及入口用椭圆拱券外，一般用弧形拱券，柱子用青砖方壁柱，柱头上大下小，用罗马古典花饰砖雕，拱券上用甘菊花饰砖雕。用中式的建筑材料、建筑工艺，雕刻的却是西洋的花饰。这充分说明了天津被辟为租界之后，中西方文化的碰撞与交融。经过了百余年的岁月侵蚀，尤其是经历了唐山大地震，这幢建筑的外檐发生了很大变化，屋顶女儿墙全部损毁。角楼被震损，经重建已面目全非。整修开始后，按照复原设计，施工人员拆除了地震后重建的角楼，采用与原建筑相同的青砖及砖雕重新砌筑，同时恢复屋顶女儿墙，目前整修工程已基本竣工。

百年金融街今朝更辉煌（组图）
具有百年历史，金融机构聚集，风貌建筑荟萃的解放北路金融街，经过几个月的升级改造，工程已基本完成，建成了我市第一条可通机动车的石板路。新铺成的石板路与周围风貌建筑交相辉映，营造着欧洲街道的古典气氛，成为一条集商业、旅游、休闲为一体的景观道路。

对解放北路大家都很了解，本人闲话少叙，请大家看照片。

说句老实话,我个人觉得改的不怎么样!明明挺有历史文化的沉积感,但是现在怎么觉得跟西装套马褂似的.洋气里透着那么土.整个就一侉DAOCHI.
