带 Out 的这句稍微有点彻底解决的意思，就像“我看不出她真的想帮我们解决问题”和“我看不出她真的想帮我们”

help out 帮助走出困境

help out is equivalent to "aushelfen" in German.

It is often used in the particular situation when someone help others when there are not enough people to do something.
