Fristlose Kundigung

My landlord suddenly served me a notice yesterday giving me four days to move out from my room. I have a rent contract (Untervermietervertrag) with him that began only in July and runs until end September this year. Amongst the reasons he put forward for this "Fristlose Kundigung" are: I requested him to close his balcony window when he smoked; I have asked him to tone down the TV in his own room (which he does not always do anyway) etc and he thinks these inconvenience him. His and my room share the same balcony and when he opens his balcony door the smoke and sound from his room will be clearly felt in mine.

The landlord, a German, is quite unpredictable. He has assured me a few weeks ago that I should let him know when the noise in his room affects me. Now he is saying something else.

Can someone advise me please what I should do now ? Anyway, it is impossible for me to move out with only a few days notice. And I don't think I have done anything that merits this sudden Kundigung.

I have no Chinese input system in my computer. That's why I have to write in English.(My German is not good enough). Your help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Xie xie KLsharp!

Yes, I would be moving anyway. But not so soon as I have only moved in here for a little more than a month. Its not that easy to find a furnished room.

Don't quite understand MsMoon's message. Perhaps you are talking about the proper Kundigung period, which I understand is 3 months.
