1.Negotiate 协商

恋爱的时候没人告诉你这些,但是当你和他住在一起,你的理性指标就会惊人的偏向一边,大部分时间会因为他错误的清洗碗而大发雷霆。
唯一能平衡的方法就是协商讨论。(交流很重要)

2〉know when to avoid speaking (or when to lie)
Some things are best left unsaid.
When the second woman I lived with hung up a painting done by her amateur artist father,I made a sarky 讽刺挖苦的 comment about it scaring away rodents.of course ,she loved her father and loved that he had done a parinting for her.The resulting argument lasted 2 days.Better to have kept my critique to myself.

3.Let him be him,only better.

5.How to get him to talkabout your relationship
1.Have a specific aim
men understand definition.Saying you want to "talk about us"makes us picture a torturous, aimless march.

2. ask us what we think
Express yourself.Give us your opinion. Feel free to enumerate列举 our flaws缺点 in excruciating detail.
but we get to speak,too. Just because we dont like talking about it,doesnt mean we havent given serious thought to this relationship.we might even have something wise to say.

Eat as much as you want
You may be a Hunter(low carbs,high protein 蛋白质and fat),a Gatherer(high carbs碳水化合物,low protein and moderate fat.),hunter-gatherer(in between).
Once you know which one you are,you can stop worrying ,start eating and feel fabulous

Questions
1. How often do you eat?
a.once or twice a day,including sncaks 一天吃一顿或两顿,包括中间的点心
b.3 meals a day with no snacks 一天三餐,不吃额外点心
c.3 meals with 2 or 3 snacks in between 一天三餐,三餐之间还要吃2,3次点心

2.what effect does eating a light lunch have on you?如果中饭量少
a.I would be energised until dinner 到晚饭也还很有劲
b,I might need a snack before dinner 可能晚饭前要吃点点心
c,I would definitely need a snack before dinner 绝对在晚饭前要吃点点心填肚子

3.if you could eat anything what would it be?如果要吃,你想吃什么?
a.Something light-probably a rice or vegetarian dish可能米饭或者蔬菜
b.Probably chicken or fish可能鸡肉或者鱼肉
c.definitely red meat绝对要红肉

4.how hungry are you at dinner?
a, not at all一点都不饿
b.quite peckish(=hungry)有点饿

a.you can eat a little and stop 吃一点就停下来
b.once you start you find it hard to stop,but you can 一旦开始吃就很难停下来,但是还是可以停下来的
c.once you start you gorge一旦开始就狼吞虎咽

7.how do you feel if lunch is delayed?中饭耽误了你什么感觉?
a.usually fine
b.a little hungryor moody
c.very hungry,weak and shaky

a.very laid-back(relax.calm)
b.relaxed and not very driven(紧迫的)

算分:a.1分; b 2分, c 3分
如果答案再a b中徘徊,就算b的分数。如果在bc之间徘徊,就算成c的分数

10-25 Gatherer
your body loves vegetablesfruit,beans and lentils 扁豆,so emphasise加强 these in your daily diet. you may be sensitive to cows milk or cheese,so switch to goats or sheeps products.Lighter cuts of meat like chicken breasts arebest for you,so avoid heavier sausages香肠,beef and lamb.Alittle fish is fine,but dont overdo it with oily food of any kind, whether ist salmon,avocado,olives,eggs or nuts.
Your ideal breakfast:plain goats or sheeps yoghurt with fresh fruit原味酸奶加新鲜水果
your ideal lunch:chicken salad
your ideal dinner:Stir/fried vegetables(爆炒蔬菜) and brown rice

26-35 Hunter-gatherer
You need agood balance offoods to feel good. Foods with a lower glycaemic index-the rate at which foods are broken down in your bloodstream血液流动-keep yoxueu fuller andmore energised for longer.
your ideal breakfast:muesli with oats麦片,nuts fruit andplain yoghurt
your ideal lunch:chickensandwich on thinly sliced rye bread切片黑麦面包
your ideal dinner:salmon,with potatoes and green beans

36-50 Hunter
you thrive on relatively fatty,protein rich foods such as beef,lamb,oily fish andchicken legs,as wellas nuts,seeds,butter and olive oil.youdont do so well on fruit or grains谷物,but some lower sugar options are ok,think apples,pears,berries,oats and rye.
your ideal breakfast: poached eggs荷包蛋 and smoked slmon with tomatoes
your ideal lunch:prawn虾,avocado and salad sandwich on rye bread
your ideal dinner:steak with lightly steamed vegetabel.牛排加微煮的蔬菜。
