[求助]妈妈得了癌症，需要向医生询问用药，哪位高人能帮我翻译一下？
妈妈患了癌症已经好几年了，手术后一直在用我在德国给她卖的药(Helixor A)，现在我想问问医生，这种药已经用了很长时间了，是不是可以减量，或实用其它型号的药(比如 Helixor P)，这就需要向医生说明我妈妈的具体情况，但我怕我自己翻译不好，所以请哪位高人帮我翻译一下，谢谢！！也不知道是不是该发在这个板块里，这里好像人气不是很旺盛啊。。。。患者情况
六年前手术切除了双侧卵巢及子宫;升结肠20厘米。术后病理：盆腔腹膜浆液型腺癌，细胞分化较低，分期：三期b。四年前切除脾脏，病理：转移型腺癌，细胞分化较高。术后化疗六次，同时用HELIXOR A治疗，剂量如下
50 、50、50、70、70、80、80、100、100、100、70、70、80、80、100、100、100、70、80、100、100，共21针。每周三针，7周一个疗程。休两周再进行下一疗程。四年来饮食起居工作生活一切正常。跟踪检查：CA125测定值一直在10U/mL以下(正常参考值<35U/mL)。其他未见异常。问：
是否可以减量治疗？或换HELIXORP?如减量减多少？如换P用什莫剂量？

As iI further understand was metastasing severly into spleen and colon happened.- as i further understand changed the situation in the bowl into what we call an early stage of Morbus Crohns , and there has been several treatments based on chemo ?
The first initial op ( surgery ) was 6 years ago ?
Another point is the treatment has been done with helix( A) and there is the wish to switch to Helix (B)
Please correct me if i understand everything there right .
So to a solution of this all , if this cancer is dormant in the lyphatic system , it mid be a difficult task to conquer it.
Most important in any cancer treatment is the mmental stage of the patient , and secondary the physical condition.
To come to a point , there has been successful results in assisting a treatment with additional - 714X , developed by Prof. Gustav Nessan , the treatment is applied directly to the lymphatic system.
To coquer the Bowl - Colon condition it would be nessesary to use and antiinflamatory based natural and without any side effects ---- Curcuma is an absolute usfull alternatve for it.
As in any case of cancer , to make sure to cover all aspects , is Treatment in HBO form needed , little , but extreme succesful. The thesis , that Oxydgen lead to an natural blast for any kind of Cancer Cells.

Colon Ascendens.Pathologie nach OP : seröse Adenokarzinome in Peritoneum von Pelvis, Zellen nicht gut differenziert , Grad 3b.
vor 4 Jahren Splenektomie. Pathologie nach OP : matastatisches Adenokarzinom. gut differenzierte Zellen.
6 mal Chemotherapie nach OP
