本帖最后由 Benetanash_Eta 于 2009-8-24 16:49 编辑选择保养品的时候，我们应该相信BA天花乱坠的介绍和神乎其神的广告吗？如同天文字符般的新奇字样，实在让人看得云里雾里，大多数人就只能跟着感觉走了，突然发现了一位强人Paula Begoun，她既不是医生也不是化妆品研究人员，原本是个BA，因为长期按广告宣传的方法未能对她的痘痘皮肤有所改善，她由此开始研究化妆品的真正功效，出了几本畅销书，一本让化妆品公司恨得牙根痒痒的《Don’t go to the cosmetics counter without me》，最著名的《Beauty Bible》已经成为很多爱美人士必读的“美丽圣经”。应该说平民出身的她并没有多么高深的理论，她对化学基础理论虽然有限，她的持续钻研精神和丰富的实践经验弥补了这一不足，她的评论大多是基于医学期刊和保养品工业杂志上的信息和她对皮肤医生及药剂师的访问，虽然不是那么前卫，但比较稳定可靠，她对化妆品的成分很有研究，说话具有感染力，她无所顾忌的点评俨然一个Cosmetics Cop，成为很多大公司又怕又爱的人物，一方面是怕她那张尖酸刻薄的嘴，另一方面当她对某个产品做出正面评价时，也把她的评论暗暗当成竞价的砝码，Paula Begoun就是这样一个人物，她凭借这自己的力量取得如此成就，值得人们敬佩。
Paula Begoun有这么大的影响，也未能免俗的推出自己的品牌Paula’s Choice，从保养品，护发和彩妆一应俱全,而且卖得不错,有很好的口碑。Paula Begoun不是医生,有鉴于她跟医药的密切关系，说她家的产品为药妆也不为过。她最出名的莫过于Beta Hydroxy Acid痘痘系列，主打成分为水杨酸，分为1%和2%两个浓度的，水杨酸并不是什么新鲜东西，但细看还是能看出Paula’s Choice的与众不同，一是分类细致，有Gel、Lotion和Liquid三个剂型选择，分别适合极油性皮肤、混合性皮肤和混合性偏干皮肤使用，仅此一点就比其他痘痘产品一味强调控油要舒服；二是配方精心，不加入常用的薄荷脑、精油、酒精等刺激物质，绿茶、葡萄籽和没药醇也带来了舒缓、抗氧化的作用，这在抗痘产品中是很少见的，是很出色的抗痘产品。还有一个广受好评的Super Antioxidant Concentrate，大量酯化VC和VC衍生物、SOD超氧化物歧化酶、硫辛酸、VE、茄红素、叶黄素、燕麦糖、羽扇豆、蔓越桔、甘草等，长长一串抗氧化成分，不必要的刺激物质被减小到最低限度，浓度还是可以期许的，抗氧化、美白和初步抗老都做足了，如果一定要挑不足大概只能说质地了，缺少保湿成分，无水配方、以硅质为基质固然能保证其稳定性，在使用感上就打了很大折扣。基本上Paula’s Choice的产品大多是质量不错的，使用经过反复论证的成分，力求简单有效，不含香料色素的原则也保证了安全性，最值得称道的是价格，30ml的Super Antioxidant Concentrate不过18刀，118ml的Beta Hydroxy Acid更是每款不超过16刀。金无足赤，Paula Begoun毕竟不是专业出身，难免有考虑不周全的地方，Remarkable Skin Lightening Lotion就是一个明证，在Paula Begoun看来，使用对苯二酚美白不是一种刺激的选择，就让我们看看这个产品，2%对苯二酚并不是最刺激的，再加入7.4%甘醇酸和麴酸棕榈酸酯就不能说温和了，几个刺激性防腐剂的使用，对苯二酚产品避免不了的亚硫酸钠和亚硫酸氢钠都赫然列在成分表中，非强健性的皮肤是不用考虑了，以我们看到类似产品的不菲价格，一个60ml的美白产品只卖15刀的价格也不好过多指责，考虑其综合素质，把Paula’s Choice归入物美价廉的行列并不过分。 ◆Paula是谁？

*洁面乳（干，中，油）它的洁面产品没有很多的泡沫，（专家都认为泡沫其实是很伤皮肤的，虽然你可能感觉洗的很干净，其实是害了你皮肤）洗完后感觉非常的干净，而且皮肤水水的，一点都不紧绷。
*水，一直用Paula水的mm对这个赞不绝口，水里营养成分高，又可以综合PH值。

我刚买了17个小样 尝试的 大部分护肤产品 还有一些粉底液和粉饼试用装 主要用来试质地和颜色吧。我看了帐单 最后是加了19%的VAT了 那么说来 就是到德国 应该不会被另外要求19%的税了。
运费到德国 小样是4.5欧 小样试好了后 买大的 以后就是2KG以下8欧的运费了 荷兰过来 据说发货2-3天拿到。 3# sleeper

我想白天主要就是抗氧化 防晒 隔离彩妆了 看了PAULA的东西 还比较专业的 价格么 当然没有美国网站上划算 而且很多东西欧洲网站上没有 那也没办法的 美国过来运费太高 还要被要求缴税 不划算了 还有用过的MM么？
BHA的去黑头效果据说很强大啊

关于这第一点 是PAULA的洗面产品最大的争议 我也持有过100%的怀疑态度 当然怀疑态度在我尝试了产品后 确实变小很多 几乎没有了
PAULA指出 If you are removing heavy or "stay-put" makeup, you may need to wash twice, use a washcloth, or use Paula's Choice Gentle Touch Makeup Remover to be sure makeup is completely removed.

关于这个一步到位的洗面奶 我尝试了 发现确实可以洗干净粉底等妆容 洗脸后 用沾有CD卸妆乳的棉片擦脸部 没有发现粉底残留
但是 我个人觉得 对于口红 眼影 这些最容易卸妆不干净留下色素沉淀的彩妆 还是应该用卸妆品 我将配合的是Gentle Touch Makeup Remover

最后3条我都不持怀疑态度 但是第一条 说可以轻易卸防水睫毛膏妆 我就有怀疑 睫毛膏防水或防油 只能防一种 因为如果要防水 配方中必然油类加的多 要防油必然胶类加的多 有的睫毛膏 你用你的水质卸妆 感觉卸妆很麻烦 不彻底 因为水质多为多元醇和界面活性剂 对于超强防水的就不怎么管用了 所以这类睫毛膏 我推荐用卸妆油 或睫毛膏专用卸妆膏 造型和睫毛膏一样 刷上去 过1分钟擦了 可反复这个动作1-3次 彻底卸干净 适合懒MM 或眼部敏感的MM

试用下来 确实是Leaves skin smooth and supple ，而且也Removes all traces of makeup，但是对于eye makeup 虽然沾有卸妆乳的棉片显示没有残留 但是我不清楚是否真有色素残留 等我黑眼圈 黄褐斑的时候 可能才能发现吧 所以还是乖乖得用了Gentle Touch Makeup Remover
当然 我要说的 已经有不错的卸妆产品 不一定非要搭配Gentle Touch Makeup Remover，虽然不同品牌的产品 成分不同可能导致化学反应或相冲突 但是卸妆 洗面产品 关键是清洁 要彻底冲洗干净的 不应该残留在肌肤上的 在肌肤上时间太短 没有渗透进去 怕什么和其他产品相冲突呢？

我还是强调成分 我之前不注重成分 其实这是化妆品的一个隐蔽点所在 欺骗或真实 都在于此 看得清成分的MM很多 但是读懂成分的却很少 读懂配方的更少了 我也外行~~~ 对苯二酚在欧盟的Kosmetik法律中是严禁的,是高毒物,还是不用的好! 当然 洗面产品也有其他可选择的

Cleanser Advice:Never use very hot or very cold water on your face. It "shocks" the skin and can cause broken capillaries and irritation. Always make sure hands are clean prior to washing your face.
Wet washcloths are a prime spot for bacteria to grow and can be rough on sensitive skin so it is best to just splash your face with water rather than using a washcloth. For some makeup wearers you may have to go over the face twice with the cleanser. However, if you're trying to remove stubborn makeup, especially matte finish or stay put types, it is essential to use a washcloth (a clean one every time) to be sure you're getting it all off.
After cleansing, dry gently by dabbing with a soft towel. You can then follow with a Paula's Choice Final Touch Toner or the appropriate Paula's Choice blemish fighting or specialty product.

其实我个人是不推荐使用粉底液或粉底霜的 对皮肤伤害大于粉饼 但是粉饼的定妆效果和自然度远远差于粉底液 滋润度也不如粉底霜 所以 必须做好隔离 做好卸妆 没有必要时候尽量少用 用后卸妆洗脸了 不要立刻做面膜 作为补救 而是清洁后 用少量成分单纯安全的护肤品简单滋润下 让皮肤舒口气 第2天再做面膜来调节状态 这样才能事半功倍哦
这款粉底液 我选择的是 Sheer Neutral色 遮盖度中等 很适合亚洲人皮肤 但是觉得单一了一点 如果真要达到立体妆容效果 建议T区等用浅一号色 Sheer Ivory

这几点PAULA都做到了 适合混合皮肤 油皮也可以用 不是超级亚光 但是控油效果还可以 也能出现自然微量陶瓷光泽 肌肤颜色比较自然

关于使用粉底 PAULA给出了相关建议
Apply to clean skin using a makeup sponge or clean fingertips. Dab tint onto the central part of your face and blend toward the jawline using smooth, even strokes. Because this product contains sunscreen, it is imperative to apply it at least 20 minutes before going outdoors.
If needed, apply a light layer of moisturizer under the tint. If you have dry skin, moisturizer can help make application easier and coverage more even.
It is recommended that you apply the tint liberally to achieve the rated level of sun protection. A too-thin application will not sufficiently protect the skin from the sun. If you plan on applying a sheer application of the tint, it is recommended that a regular sunscreen be applied first to ensure you are getting enough sun protection.
This tint can be applied to the eyelids and then set with powder. This step will ensure an even application of eyeshadows and eyeliner.
Barely There Sheer Matte Tint can be layered for additional color and a bit more coverage. Since this is a tint, the level of coverage increases only subtly as you add layers (not substantially as it would with a foundation).
Since the shades are sheer, it is not critical to get an exact match. If you are in-between two shades, we recommend going with the shade that is slightly darker (instead of lighter) than your skin tone. This will add a touch of translucent color to your face, though you will want to make sure the shade matches your neck/jawline as closely as possible.

可以用于眼部 比较巨大 很划算的说 简单日常护肤 这一个就够了 前提是 普通的混合皮肤 太油腻不行啊 要注意了 虽PAULA说是Non-Greasy 但对于我的皮肤 T区感觉是有油光的 当然也会有JMS觉得正好呢。这个我还是会买 为啥？皮肤用了没负担 我需要的日间护理 它全做到了 抗氧化 防晒 最重要的它做到了 工作成绩也很好 这就够了。还有一个重要因素 就是巨大 外露的脖子 手脚 都可以一起保护 哈

这边说到一个涂抹时间问题 只有物理防晒品 才能随涂随晒啊 但是都会非常油腻的 因为以油来防晒的原理哦 化学成分防晒 一定要提前抹 否则没效果的 还有就是洗脸要洗干净哦
说到防晒品 JMS不要再受骗上当了 所有的抗衰老或美白防晒 都是不存在的 尤其美白防晒 依照现在科技水平 还没有能力达到这个地步 把美白成分输送到皮肤深层 把防晒成分留在肌肤表面 呵呵 别傻了~~~ 这个都是销售商用来欺骗顾客的小把戏
至于抗衰老成分的防晒品 最好不要用 被氧化的抗衰老成分 虽然不会起什么剧毒反应 但是也基本是无功也无过了 要保持暴露在空气尤其阳光下这些成分的新鲜度 防腐剂必不可少 防腐剂啥东西 福尔马林知道么？想象下吧

PAULA的原话 我仔细研究了 确实 这款霜 她基本全部做到了 很不容易了啊 你看看手头的化妆品介绍 再结合使用结果 有多少MATCH？
但是 这款日霜 对于混合皮肤 T区油腻 或带有黑头毛孔粗大 但是脸颊超干的MM来说 脸颊滋润度不够 建议分区使用

还有 看产品是否含有阻止肌肤吸收养分并导致搓泥的高分子胶 就是取花生米大小 点洗干净的手背上 反复顺时针打圈按摩至完全吸收干透 如果没有白屑产生 就不会搓泥 再搓泥 可能是底霜的缘故或涂抹手法问题
