请问理论题里built-up area是什么意思呢
德语叫什么，谁能给大概讲一下呢？对这个东西完全没概念，字典里也没有，平时好像也没见过。实在不知道是什么意思。多谢啦 找到了个解释：Built up area 的网络定义:
In the UK Highway Code, a built up area is a settled area in which the speed limit of a road is automatically 30 mph. These roads are known as 'restricted roads' and are identified by the presence of street lights.
看起来像是30公里限速区，是不是住宅小区啊？经常小区都是30公里限速的。 你结合上下文看看是不是这意思。 好像不像，有这么道题：

多谢 用英语或者汉语在德国考理论绝对是不明智的。
德语零起点2个月也能考下来。于英语不是你的母语；作为母语的汉语并不能一一映射到德语交通术语上，而且教练也不可能会中文。只有用德语你才能精确理解到底交规在说什么。 built up area 是指市区 说实话，这个题目前两天我开车的时候还在问教练。因为我想不通，为什么在限速50的市区内可以开到4到5挡。
教练说，这是pur Theorie，主要是对有多年开车经验的老手来说的，对于新手不太适用。而且我也问过老手，他们是为了省油才会开到4挡，5挡很少用。
