一般来说专业计算软件公司招数学博士的工作岗位起薪能有多少？

博士一般都三十多了，如果天天写十多个小时程序肯定不如年青小伙子那么身体强
我认识的德国毕业的硕士，编程方面，一般税前３５００－４５００ 吧。看公司和具体工作。公司一般１３薪。咨询方面不了解解。
计算机这个行业有点特别。我国内的ibm的同学说国内形式不好，一样的位置，刚入门的时候，博士和学士差不多的。
想问问这边有实际工作经验的朋友，德国具体什么情况。 也是按照位置性质来定价格的么？ 还有谁知道美国呢？

XXXX needs one or more people to work on short and longer term commercial data analysis/data mining and algorithm development contracts. These are statistical modeling positions involving problems in commercial data analysis and data mining requiring knowledge of advanced statistical methods such as linear and non linear regression, neural networks, categorical data analysis, cluster analysis, kernel density estimation, smoothing, functional data analysis, and signal processing. An interest in computation with computational skills in higher level data analysis languages such as R, S-Plus, SAS, or SPSS required. Knowledge of numerical methods, experience in lower level languages such as C++, C#, or JAVA, and proficiency in Mathematica are all pluses. This is a PhD position, but qualified individuals with lower level degrees will be considered. 美国
