Working permission

If a chinese has German citizen andwants to work in China , he needs the working permission or not. Is it difficult to get the permission?
If there is someone who has this kind of experience kindly share with us. Thanks alot.

citizen 还是 citizenship??   卖人犯法！ 犯法的事情，我暂时不参与。

If he or she has a German citizenship, one cannot be called "Chinese" while"German".

What I mean "Chinese" is chinese origin. Due to som reason she changed to german citizenship.
