有人知道这句话什么意思么?一句英国的谚语,原意出于一首歌,叫做another brick in the wall.不过现在好像有新的意思,有知道的么?

I guess,
1. pudding is the dessert after the main course/meal. Meat(such as steak)  is the main course/meal.
So, if you don't eat your main meal(chunky, difficult to digest)  first,  the waiter/waitress won't serve you the dessert.
. p* Q1 L- A8 ]5 \the lyrics MIGHT mean that if you(as students don't study hard), you won't get anything sweet from the life.

/ n5 m3 Y# Z' h: }, C# I, s; C0 Y" E2. The lyrics is typical black English: double negative = negative (NOT positive). eg.. we don't need no education = we don't need education.

4. on surface,  the song is a defense for those drop-out kids. The society as a whole need lawyers and doctors,  as well as  ditch diggers.
