What to expect from us
In your position as Senior Consultant in China you are responsible for the following tasks:
* Establish contacts and cooperation with research organisations, academia and companies on reserach and innovation projects
* Monitoring and participation of Chinese standardisation bodies and activities
* Setup and support of Cooperation with Chinese operators regarding Radio Networks strategies, standardisation and vendor roadmaps
* Supervision and reporting of Radio Networks product portfolio, product roadmaps and Reasearch and Development status of Chinese vendors
* Reporting of Chinese Radio Networks vendor landscape
* Establish close interface to R&D departments of vendors and act as peer to Chinese vendors in Radio Networks and Infrastructure area’s
* Ensuring of the implementation of products and features according DTAG requirements in close cooperation with DTAG Radio Networks design and integration teams, Huawei account management team
* Support of Reasearch and Development review of Chinese vendors
* Organise and execute audits with vendors on request

What we expect from you
You hold a Phd or master study in Telecommunication, information technology or similar studies, studies in Europe preferred. You have at least 5 years professional experience in Radio Networks, Research and Development, product management with vendors or Radio Networks design, integration or operation with operators. Furthermore you have skills in:
* Excellent communicational and organisational skills for contacts and cooperations with vendors from working level to top management level
* Comprehensive knowledges in important mobile radio network technolgies e.g. GSM, UMTS and LTE
* Very good knowledges in Radio Networks products incl. hardware and software
* Good contacts with Chinese vendors, operators, research and standardisation bodies preferred
* Able to work effectively in an organisation with different cultures and able to bridge these different cultures
* Preferably having knowledge of DTAG/ T-Mobile processes and organisation
* Willing to frequently travel in- and outside of China
* Willing to work also outside office hours especially for meetings/calls with Europe and US.
* Flexible in adopting work even in case it’s not in the direct area of knowledge
* A high level of self management is required
* Fluent Chinese and Englisch
* Fluent German language preferred
