International Trainee Program
Now Chinese University students in Europe, who plan to return to
China, can join a world leading company and contribute to further

SKF is now launching an International Trainee Program to invite
high potentials to join the China talent pool. In particular, we are
looking for trainees in the following areas:
• Application engineering
• Business Development
• Process engineering
• Production
• Quality
• Finance
• Human Resources
• PR & Communication
• Sustainability
• Supply chain




Who are we looking for?
• Master degree students studying in Europe, major in mechanical
engineering, production, quality, finance, human resources, PR &
Communication, sustainability, supply chain or business
management
• Determined to station and work in China after the trainee program
• Interested in people and with leadership or specialist ambitions
• Share our values – Openness, Teamwork, Empowerment and
High Ethics
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
