Your responsibilities:
• Analysis and evaluation of new manufacturing processes and process
• Application regarding costs, robustness and industrial realization in the
development of electrical motors
• Active participation in the development of new manufacturing processes,
enhancement of process application
• Design and release of localized process application with reduced costs
• Interaction with Chinese customers and suppliers
• Cooperation with the leadplants in Europe
Your competencies and qualifications:
• Master or Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Working experience in mechanical engineering, preferable in
automotive area
• Ideal would be experience in the development of manufacturing processes for
small electrical motors
• Good command of English and Chinese language (written and oral), German
language skills desirable
• Team player, self motivated, target oriented
