请问EBAY的上架

本来我以为我自己对EBAY都有一定的了解了，也经常帮人家回答问题。但一个国内的朋友的问题我没有碰到过，不知道如何回答，请这儿的高手帮帮忙。

我朋友的朋友是国内converse的专业代理。我朋友要了代理的资格证，想在EBAY上卖这鞋。但EBAY不允许他上架。他问我，我也不知道。我只能让他去问EBAY。有没有朋友遇到过这事？如何处理？
