说说我这次柏林签B1的种种不顺利吧。

要去美国某校做个报告，上个月去柏林签B1，被check 给了张红色表格，说没有什么要补充的资料。3天后收到邮件，需要我报告的abstract，就回复了邮件并附上了需要的文件。结果昨天又收到邮件说，2周了他们没有收到我的任何回应。两次邮件都是从BerlinVisa@state.gov,我都是直接回复的。 我今天看了看那个红色表格，上面留的邮件地址是BerlinVisa2@state.gov. 不知道是不是这个邮件地址的原因，或者是我163.com的信箱不行？ 有哪位兄弟姐妹也遇到过同样的问题？

最后证明是163的信箱不行。我之前还专门试过用163信箱发给美国的朋友是能收到的。可是发美国大使馆收不到。

这次签证非常不顺利啊，上周四收到邮件说：
Dear Applicant:

We have completed the processing of your visa application.  Kindly return your passport, with a stamped, self addressed envelope, or DHL Express envelope to our office so that we may issue your visa.

当天寄了epxress 周五确定柏林那边已经收到我的护照，可是一直等到今天还是没消息。


我查看online的status  https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx

状态仍然是Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved, it will be processed and mailed/available within two business days.

按说收到email的那天 我的状态就应该变成issued了。而且周五 周一 周二，已经是 3个工作日了，他们不是承诺 two business days吗？

直到今天状态才显示issue，不知道还有几天才能收到。难道是我人品不好，有这么多不顺利。
