加拿大工签需要学位证书英文翻译公证，请问德国哪里能办？

要从德国办理加拿大签证需要老公的各种学位证以及结婚证的英文翻译与公证件，不知道德国有没有官方认可的公证处。
目前找了一家翻译公司翻译，但是对于公证我还很迷惑。
请问有经验的人士，德国任何个人Notar做的公证，官方都是认可的吗？还是有专门的官方公证处（像国内一样），谢谢。

加拿大签证要求的原文如下，我的理解是只要宣誓翻译与官方公证, 但这个公证好像比较特殊要国际认可的，不太明白在德国怎么办?

If it is not in English or French, it must be accompanied by:

    the English or French translation; and
    an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
    a certified photocopy of the original document.

Certified true copies

To have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:

    “I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”,
    the name of the original document,
    the date of the certification,
    his or her name,
    his or her official position or title, and
    his or her signature.

Who can certify copies?

Persons authorized to certify copies include the following:
Outside Canada:

    a notary public
