刚办过，给想去马来西亚玩的持中国护照的哭B小伙伴们。。。
有两个方法，一个是邮寄去柏林的大使馆，一个是亲自去当地领事馆。
我是邮寄办理的，从发出到收到签证三天时间，很值。具体如下：
2. Chinese citizens need to apply for a visa to enter Malaysia for purposes related to social purposes for the duration of up to 30 days only. A social visit pass for 30 days will be issued by the Embassy subject to conditions stated below:-
i) The visitor must possess a valid international passport (original) (including residence permit (Aufenthaltstitel) in Germany) with an expiry date not less than 6 months on the date of visit;
ii) The visitor must be in possession of a confirmed enter and return flight ticket within 30 days to country of origin or a third country-if a visa is required for that country, please provide a copy of the visa (1 photocopy)
iii) The visitor must be able to finance his/her stay for the entire duration in Malaysia (recommended amount for expenses at Euro50.00 per day).
iv) Financial Proof (bank statements, sponsor letter or confirmation of employment, if unemployed and traveling with spouse-a copy of marriage certificate and salary statements of spouse) - 1 photocopy
v) 1 visa application form IM 47 per applicant- can be downloaded at www.imi.gov.my
vi) 1 passport sized photograph per applicant
vii) Fees: Euro8.00 in cash- for a single entry visa.
You can forward your application via post to the Consular Section of the Embassy of Malaysia in Berlin. Please provide a self-addressed stamped (sufficient amount for registered post) envelope for the return of your passport to you. The processing time including postage will take approximately 1-2 weeks. It is possible to obtain a social visa on the same day if you come personally to the Embassy (appointment necessary). The social visa issued by the Embassy of Malaysia in Berlin is valid for 3 months only.
下面是法兰领事馆的回复：
Visas will be approved or declined on the same day by our Consular Officer after checking all the necessary documents.
Document which have to be submitted upon the appointment:
1. Visa Application Form - Please print out on 1 page ONLY (front & back), fill it out & sign it (No.14 you can leave empty)
2. Passport, has to be valid minimum for another 6 months during the trip (original)
3. Residence permit, not to expire during the trip (original)
4. 1 passport sized picture
5. Confirmed entry & return flight tickets from Germany to Malaysia and back, including all stops (original & 1 copy or print out from internet booking), like Germany-China-Malaysia-China-Germany
6. Hotel reservation is required for the whole stay (original & 1 copy or print-out from internet booking)
7. Salary checks from the last 3 month and bank account statement (complete 3 month) (original & 1 copy)
8. Fee: 8 euro
