有一个玛丽居里的博士位置，在拜仁州，主要涉及的是semiconductor, surface science, physical chemistry, electron beam induced processing. 需要的背景是experience of SEM, AES and other surface characterization techniques, hands-on experience in UHV system, CVD experience and precursor chemistry synthesis experience is plus. 因为是玛丽居里，所以要求过去几年不能够在德国，无国籍限制。项目期间有去美国4个月交流的机会。项目内有多个公司参与。符合条件的有兴趣的同学可以私信我。项目要求10月份之前开始博士位置。谢谢。
