日本神户国际交流中心天津代表处首席代表高桥健司先生虽然常住天津还不到1年时间，但他对这里的喜爱之情溢于言表，古文化街、海河两岸都留下了他漫步的身影。
天津与神户的友谊源远流长，日本神户国际交流中心天津代表处自1985年成立以来，36年间，促进了天津和神户的各种友好往来事业，开创了很多两市间交往的历史先河。高桥健司表示，未来将进一步深化两市在健康领域、ICT行业、港口交流等方面合作，为促进两市间合作发展发挥纽带作用，为两市创造更多的“第一”。



Kenji Takahashi, chief representative of the Liaison Office for Kobe-Tianjin Trade-Economic Exchanges, said he will continue to make efforts to facilitate two cities’ cooperation in healthcare, ICT, port communication and other economic areas, as well as make new contributions to development and residents' lives in both cities and create more breakthroughs.
