PLC programmer/commissioning engineer (m/f/d)

The hourly rate is €60.

Here is the profile we are looking for:


Project title: PLC programmer/commissioning engineer (m/f/d)

Location: International
Start date: 01.09.2024 (Until the end of the year in southern Germany, then in Mexico)
Project duration: 1 year +

For our existing customer we are currently looking for 12 programmers with TMO V3 certification or TKB experience.

Your tasks:

+ Commissioning of production systems (e.g. complete transfer lines, interlinked processing systems, assembly line)
+ Testing the functions, adjusting, optimizing.
+ IBN2
+ Set up and parameterize complex devices (measuring computers etc.)
+ Integrate complex devices into the system (e.g. connection to bus systems, signal exchange, etc.)
+ Test function independently and detect malfunctions (e.g. wiring, software, parametric errors)
+ Analyze major functional errors with the line manager, rectify them according to instructions and document the solution to the problem (e.g. change sheet)
+ Establish connection to the technical infrastructure of existing or third-party systems (simple systems)
+ Collaborate in the functional acceptance. Correct delivery and performance deviations after consultation or have them corrected.
+ Creating new software for simple conversions (without software specifications), sometimes directly at the customer's premises.
+ Machine documentation

Requirements:
MUST:

+ 2-5 years TMO V3.x/TKB experience
+ Commissioning of systems in the automotive sector
+ Training in the field of electrical engineering or sim
