2025年4月2日，非洲国家“一带一路”建设合作研修班来访新区，进行参观并展开座谈，湖南湘江新区对外科技交流中心主任李唯敏出席此次活动。

The “Belt and Road” Construction Cooperation Training Program for African Countries visited the Changsha National Offshore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base for Overseas Talents.
    座谈上，平台相关负责人详细介绍了湖南湘江新区营商环境及国际科技商务平台的建设理念与运营模式。他表示，湘江新区致力于构建“1+N”开放型经济综合服务体系，未来将进一步加强与“一带一路”沿线国家和地区的产业对接，促进双边互利合作。中非青年创新创业基地相关负责人就该平台运营模式、配套服务等方面详细介绍。农机赋能，产业升级。在交流洽谈环节，湘江电缆、BROADRADIO等企业代表对研修班表达了合作的浓厚兴趣，双方就电力工程、通信网络、新能源等项目机会与非洲国家代表团展开热烈的交流，现场氛围热烈。

During the symposium, representatives from the International Science and Technology Business Platform of Hunan Xiangjiang New Area (Changsha High-tech Zone) introduced the business environment of the new area, as well as the construction philosophy and operational model of the platform. They emphasized that the new area is committed to build an “1+N” open economic comprehensive service system and will further strengthen industrial cooperation with countries and regions along the “Belt and Road” to promote mutual benefits. The person in charge of the China-Africa Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base also provided detailed information on the base. Representatives from local enterprises such as Xiangjiang Cable and Broad Radio expressed strong interest in cooperation with the African delegation. They engaged in lively discussions on potential project opportunities in power engineering, telecommunication networks, and new energy.

当日下午，研修班还前往新区企业中联重科智慧产业城参观学习。参观过程中，双方密切交流，就产品应用、技术革新等领域进行深入探讨。

In the afternoon, the African delegation visited the Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology Co., Ltd. to learn about its advanced technologies and product applications. The visit provided a platform for in-depth exchanges and cooperation between the two sides.
