With the wide application of artificial intelligence (AI) in intelligent manufacturing, intelligent transportation, smart cities, intelligent healthcare, intelligent agriculture, intelligent logistics, intelligent finance, and other industries, the scale of AI trainers will witness explosive growth. Currently, there is a huge shortage of AI trainers, and the market urgently needs a large number of relevant personnel to participate in relevant tasks. In 2026, some of the settled universities in the Hainan Lingshui Li'an International Education Innovation Pilot Zone (hereinafter referred to as the Pilot Zone) will have their 2026 graduating students complete their studies. Some of these students will soon face employment challenges. To enhance their employment competitiveness, the Pilot Zone plans to organize the first AI trainer training program specifically for graduating students. The specific matters are notified as follows:


I. Purpose of Program Setting
The program is designed to help graduating students utilize AI reasonably and efficiently to better apply the core skills they have learned in areas such as data collection and processing, data annotation, intelligent system operations and maintenance, business analysis, intelligent training, and intelligent system design, achieving industry entry-level proficiency or higher standards to meet the practical work requirements of employers. Through training, college students can, with their solid skills and good professional qualities, stand out among numerous job seekers and obtain more employment opportunities during the job hunting process.


II. Who Should Attend
The 2026 graduating students of all settled universities in the Pilot Zone


III. Training Location, Class Size, and Training Duration

Training Location: The Pilot Zone

Class Size: Maximum of 88 participants per session, with a training duration of 14 days (68 class hours or more)

Training Duration: The specific start date of the training program will be arranged based on the actual registration situation

Note: If the total number of registered participants is less than 40, the program will be canceled.

Information and Computing Science, Digital Media Technology, Intelligent Science and Technology, Electronic Information Engineering, Communication Engineering, etc.

VI. Training Certificate
