The Data Integration Group of the Integrated Data Systems Department
of Siemens Corporate Research has internship openings starting from June.
The duration is at least 6 months, and longer stay is preferable. The task of
the internship is to develop, research, and prototype software solutions on
data integration. We also provide opportunities for diploma or master thesis.  

This research program (Data Inegration) builds adavanced data and
process integration technologies and extensible frameworks for
supporting data-intensive computation in various domains, from medical imaging
to transportation systems to power generation.

Knowledge and skills required:
- Java/J2EE proficiency
- Strong background in data managmeent
- XML, Javascript and Web programming experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills a must
- English language fluency
