德国永久居留or长期居留possible?

Almost 7 years in Germany.

Currently I'm Wisssenshafterlish Mitarbeiterin, working language English, daily life German (but not so good...)

1 year Wiss Mit, didnt work towards degree.
2 year - till now (6 years), PhD, graduating soon.
During this time I had PhD scholarship for 3 years, so no tax, no retirement was paid for 3 years.

A professor invited me already for postdoc in Germany.

Wondering if I should stay here for postdoc and try 长期居留 or 永久居留. If yes, which one should fit me?

Or if I should better forget about Germany but go to the U.S. or Canada...?

Currently there is no chance for you. Go to the States or Canada. If you wanna stay here, your work language should be German instead of English.

thank you!  you also from Shanghai? :)  Thought there could be a chance for me... anyway, then I may make a decision to leave Germany, not that bad either....
