三文鱼块,黄柠檬,罗列(dill),盐,胡椒,橄榄油
1。在鱼上撒少许盐,胡椒粉,柠檬汁和切碎的罗列,在撒几滴橄榄油,抹匀,静至10分钟入味。
2。用平底铁锅(不要用不沾锅),将锅烧热,加些橄榄油,然后将鱼块轻轻放入。每面煎30秒。然从火上拿开。

Skinless Salmon fellet, Lime, Dill, Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil
1. Put some salt, pepper, lime juice and chopped dill on the salmon fellet,
then drop few drops of olive oil on top. let it set for about 10 minites.
2. Heat up a fry pan, add few drops of oil. Put the Salmon in, fry each side
about 30 seconds. Take off the heat
3. Pre -head the oven to 375 degree.
4. Add few more drop of lime juice and some dill and put the fry pan with the
salmon into the oven.
5. Bake about 15 minites and serve. |
