怎么婉转的拒绝招聘公司？

参加了一次面试，今天公司打电话来确认第二个面试时间，还发来了一些资料让我填写。

说实话，不是非常想去那家公司，而且面试的地点还比较远， ICE 2小时才到。
所以想写封信拒绝那个公司。但是心里不是很有底，这样的信改怎么写，措辞应该如何。

哪位有这样的muster可以分享一下，或者推荐个网站也行。

坐ICE２小时不算远啊，为了工作搬家很正常嘛

是啊，或者是面试太多了？
如果那么不想去那个公司，当时怎么又投了呢？

LZ要是手上还没有其他的面试机会，建议还是去，ICE 2小时真的不算远。

Thank you for the time and effort you spent considering me for the position as XXXX(position) in XXXX(company),  I appreciate your time and effort -- as well as those of your staff. I am grateful for your offer of employment.

Because I was so impressed with xxxx (name of the company) and so interested to the position, I had the most difficult decision to make up to now. After much thought and careful deliberation, however, I decide that I will not be accepting the position as it does not meet my expectation on benefits package(或者写你自己的其他理由).

Once again, I'd like to express my gratitude for the offer and my regrets that it didn't work out. You have my best wishes in finding someone suitable for the position.

Being so impressed with XXX(Company name) I hope I will still have chance for other suitable opportunities in Invista later.

找工作么，就是互相选择。
那个公司我其实没有投简历，只是jobmesse上简单聊了一下，交换了些信息和资料而已。

其实这是我的第一个工作面试……相信以后会有很多拒信收到的，慢慢来～～～
