如何保持和改进英德双语

大家怎么让德语英语保持水平的还有不停进步的？我觉得我真的是顾了一个就丢了一个。还有没法很快就从一个语言中转到另一个语言中，同时跟讲英语人的对话和讲德语的人对话是我觉得最痛苦的事情。:(

Don't get upset about it. Most of us have the same problem like you. It was obvious when I began to refresh english. But after few months the problem become much less serious than before. My two cent opnion is to keep using the both every day. If you read all books in German,then try to watch TV in english. or in the other way.

Yea, that′s why i watch only American Series, such as Heroes, Prison Break, the Amazing Race, Survivor Gabon, Desperate Housewives, LOST... And, keep chatting with english native speakers do help me a lot.
