Maternity leave 和 parental leave 的问题请教

公司是说完全依据德国法律规定,看了看网上,找不着详细解释说明,哪位mm有相关信息呢...
比如,最长能休多久,全薪能有几个月,剩下的是半薪还是多少百分比,然后parental leave又能多久,薪水情况如何...

我计划休个一年呵呵,如果收入不受太大影响的话,在家里好好玩耍:cool: :cool:

网上查了个英文的
Maternity leave is regulated by the Maternity Protection Law and applies to all women who under employment. Maternity leave commences 6 weeks before birth or the calculated date of birth. Mothers-to-be are not allowed to work in the last 6 weeks before delivery unless they expressly agree to do so. After giving birth, they are not allowed to go to work until after 8 weeks. In the case of premature or multiple birth, this period is extended to 12 weeks. Law prohibits any kind of activity exceeding 8.5 hours a day. Overtime, night employment and Sunday work are prohibited.

也就是说,只有12周的假耶....
