看有一项是要父母单位出什么请假证明之类的东西，这么怎么写啊？有没有人有经验，借鉴下，如愿意，请短我。万分感谢！

很简单，类似：我单位职工某某，受某某人邀请，准备到德国探亲好友，经单位同意，从xxx到xxx期间准假。

英国大使馆签证处：
兹有我部职工XXX，女，出生于19XX年XX月XX日，于XXXX年X月到我单位工作至今。任XX职务，月薪人民币XXXX元，包括奖金年薪XXXX元。护照号码为：GXXXX。
从2006年XX月XX日起，XXX经本单位领导批准放年假赴英国旅游，预计2006年XX月XX日返回中国，2006年XX月XX日起返回单位上班，职位月薪不变。
