About the Truth of China
Unfortunately we often only see the surface of things and many of us will be affected by outside influence from media or public opinion. For instance a lot of people in the world think that China is still a country of dictatorship and the folks don’t have certain civil rights. The government can do anything it wants and who protests against it, will be suppressed or arrested. The only thing I can explain is that we live in a modern world with advanced technology, so you cannot imagine things like 50 years ago. Even the government is not able to hide anything that actually happened. Nobody is stupid and the masses have sharp eyes. So the truth of any action is always more complicated than we think.
The problem of Tibet is a hot topic today in the media, which makes me so angry when I read something in Germany with distorted facts. The western media used some falsified pictures and didn’t tell the truth. For example there was a photo with an ambulance, in which the policemen are taking the injured into it, but the west media said that the policemen are arresting people who was on a protest. A lot of such ridiculous reports exist only because that the most European cannot understand the word ‘ambulance’ which was printed on the car and that’s why the overseas Chinese were protesting against the untrue reports in Europe and America. I do admit that there are military actions in Tibet, but if the riot destroyed the buildings or threatened the safety of people, should the army not suppress? The conflict in Tibet is never so simple like we see. First of all, Tibet always belongs to China and there were certain documents and contracts, which deal with the territorial sovereignty of Tibet in around 1952. The slavery in Tibet was abolished by the Communist Party of China and from then on Tibetan people's living standard has improved obviously. We have to consider why Dalai Lama is protesting right now, while China is hosting the Olympic Games and developing economics, and who is actually standing behind him and supports him to do that. Don’t the American or European governments have their own purposes? And who has so much money and power to worry about China's domestic political problems if he cannot receive any benefit? Do you really believe in the lie of fighting for human rights, freedom or whatever? Only the Chinese can say whether there human rights and religious freedom in China exist. I am a Protestant and my community and the churches in China are all supported by the state, but a lot of Germen believe that the Protestant are persecuted by the government. The whole Chinese nation consists of 56 national minorities and each minority has their own culture and religion. If there are no religious freedom and human rights, could this vast country even survive?
So please use your mind and knowledge to think about it if you hear something again. Thank you.

Bevor ich meine Meinung äußere, möchte ich zuerst gerne eine Frage stellen. Wie würden Sie sich fühlen, wenn ich jetzt gerade vom Ausland komme und nichts in Deutschland auskenne, aber trotzdem beurteile, dass alle Deutschen Nazis seien? Die Ereignisse des Zweiten Weltkrieges hinterließen eine tiefe Spur in der Geschichte, obwohl diese Zeit schon lange vorbei ist, beeinflussen sie immer noch mehr oder weniger die Deutsche Nation. Aber trotzdem ist es ungerecht, ohne die genaue Kenntnis etwas zu beurteilen. Viele von Ihnen denken, dass eine Diktatur von KPC in China herrscht und sie können alles machen, was sie wollen? Das einzige was ich dazu sagen könnte, ist, KEINER IST IDIOT! Glauben Sie, dass so eine absolute Diktatur in der modernen Welt mit fortschrittlichen Medien noch funktionieren kann? China befindet sich auch auf der Erde und die Chinesen sind nicht isoliert, sondern ganz im Gegenteil. Es gibt 1,3 Milliarden Chinesen und wir verteilen uns überral in der Welt. Die gleichen Nachrichten haben wir gelesen und wir wissen genauso, was eigentlich passiert ist. Sie können sagen, dass die Chinesen die ‚Gehirnwäsche’ von KPC vorgenommen werden, aber wer kann jetzt garantieren, dass die amerikanischen bzw. europäischen Medien die Wahrheit erzählen? Haben Ihre Regierung nicht Ihre eigenen Zwecke? Warum springt Dalai Lama erst jetzt lebhaft hin und her, ist er nicht alt genug? Wollte er selbe noch Tibet regieren? Wie lange lebt er noch? Überlegen Sie sich mal, wer hinter Dalai Lama steht und das ganze lenkt; warum protestieren sie gerade jetzt, wenn das Olympische Spiel in China stattgefunden hat. Die anderen ‚Großmächte’ haben einfach Angst, dass China sich so schnell entwickelt und immer stärker und stärker wird, sodass eines Tages Ihre Positionen bedroht werden. Nicht wahr? Wer hat denn so viel Geld und Kraft, um sich um die innenpolitischen Problemen Chinas zu kümmern, wenn er selbe dabei keinen Vorteil erhält? Glauben Sie wirklich an die Lüge, für Menschenrechte, Freiheit oder sonst was zu kämpfen? Ob es Menschenrechte, Religionsfreiheit usw. in China gibt, können nur die Chinesen selbe sagen. Ich bin evangelisch, meine Gemeinde und die Kirchen in China werden alle vom Staat unterstützt. Das gesamte chinesische Volk besteht aus 56 Nationale Minoritäten, wobei jede Nationale Minorität ihre eigene Kultur und Religion hat. Falls es keine Religionsfreiheit bzw. entsprechende Menschenrecht gäbe, könnte das riesige Land so lange existieren? Die KPCs sind auch Menschen ohne Zauber und können nicht alle Probleme verstecken. Wir leben in China/ haben in China gelebt und kennen alles viel besser als die westlichen Medien, welche ständig falsche Aussage über China machen. Natürlich hat jedes politische System seine Schwäche und Nachteile, sowohl in China als auch in einer sogenannten Demokratie. Beispielsweise in den USA setzt der Präsident trotz der ‚Demokratie’ seine Meinung durch. Machen Sie sich bitte Gedanken, wenn Sie etwas hören und lesen, ob es wirklich so einfach ist wie es aussieht. Beurteilen Sie nicht so leichtsinnig, wenn Sie die korrekte Situation nicht auskennen. Es spielt überhaupt keine Rolle, welche Partei bzw. welches System im Land herrscht, wichtig ist es nur, dass das Volk in Frieden leben und die Lebensbedingungen sich verbessert werden können. China hat das beste Olympische Spiel in Beijing gelitten und damit unsere Stärke angezeigt. Das Vaterland lebt hoch!
