有关Nonoh在freedays内收钱的看法

看到坛子里很多朋友有和我一样的经历，所以研究了一番，找到了以下的几个问题。

第一 ，在Nonoh的条款里有一个Fair Use Policy的东西，今天仔细看了一遍，说过分频繁的打电话或带有欺诈性质的给很多人用也会在freedays里收费。
Fair Use Policy
Summary

1. It is important to Nonoh that all eligible Nonohcustomers are able to access our Services. Accordingly, We have deviseda Fair Use Policy which applies to:
            (a) usage of Nonoh  free calls
            (b) usage of VoIP-In numbers
            (c) usage of promotions; and
            (d) any other promotions which are advertised by Nonoh  as subject to the Fair Use Policy ("Fair Use Promotions").
2. We reserve the right to vary the terms of the Fair Use Policy from time to time.
3. Nonoh  may rely on the Fair Use Policy where your:
            (a) usage of Nonoh  free calls;
            (b) usage of your VoIP-In number
            (c) participation in a Fair Use Promotion, is excessive or unreasonable, as defined below.

Excessive Use

1. In the case of Nonoh  free calls, there are restrictions on the maximum number of calls and the duration of the calls.
2. In the case of VoipIn numbers, applying for more than one number is excessive use
3. In the case of Fair Use Promotions, what isexcessive use will either be advertised by Nonoh at the time of therelevant promotion or included in this Fair Use Policy prior to thecommencement of the relevant promotion.

Unreasonable Use

1. It is unreasonable use of Nonoh Services whereYour use of Nonoh Services is reasonably considered by Nonoh to befraudulent or to adversely affect the Nonoh Network or other Nonohcustomers' use of or access to a Nonoh Service or the Nonoh Network.
2. It is unreasonable use of the free calls isreasonably considered by Nonoh to be fraudulent or to adversely affectthe Nonoh Network or other Nonoh customers' use of or access to a NonohService or the Nonoh Network.
3. It is unreasonable use of the VoIP-In numberswhere it is reasonably considered by Nonoh to be fraudulent or toadversely affect the Nonoh Network or other Nonoh customers' use of oraccess to a Nonoh Service or the Nonoh Network.
4. It is unreasonable use of a Fair Use Promotionwhere Your participation in a Fair Use Promotion is reasonablyconsidered by Nonoh to be fraudulent or to adversely affect the Nonohnetwork or another Nonoh customer's use of or access to a Nonoh serviceor the Nonoh network.
5. Among other things, "fraudulent use" includesresupplying a Nonoh Service without Nonoh 's consent so that someoneelse may access or use Nonoh or take advantage of a Fair Use Promotion.

Our rights
1. Nonoh may charge you a cost-price based rate for any subsequent calls to one of the free destinations, terminate youraccount, or deny the use of the Nonoh service or features of it.

这个Our right里写的真是无语了。



第二，如果真的是在任意连续7天内超过了200分钟，关于这个normal rates，最奇怪的就是里面根本没有China，也就是说他可以随便收你多少，就目前看来打国内座机是1ct，手机是1.5ct，不知道这个价格会不会随机改变。

第三，是关于这个所谓的欺骗性的问题，就是说如果我使用他们的Phone-to-Phone功能，能不能在打一个电话的同时再接通另一条线，如果这样Nonoh会不会以为是你的账号给很多人用了，违反了他们的规定，所以开始收你的费。
或者我现在使用的是通过网上免费的online Fritzbox的Durchwahl功能，直接通过手机连接Nonoh打电话（前提是你的手机是包月的），我把Nonoh的登陆信息存在那个online Fritzbox的设置里的，是不是我每次打电话都是不通的IP接过去的，所以他们觉得我在传播账号？但是如果别人出差什么的，他也没理由啊！

根据他们http://www.nonoh.net/en/free.html这里面写的Registered users get max 200 minutes per week of free calls,measured over the last 7 days and per unique IP address，这个unique IPaddress指固定某个IP，好像说不通啊。

反正我的账号都是我一个人用，而且打的也不多，7天内绝对也没超过200分钟，他就一直显示Fair Use Policy exceeded,明摆着不是在骗人么！

至于很多朋友写信去问，我觉得他们不会睬我们的，所以要是他们还继续收费，我准备去银行拿回我充值的10欧，大不了就不用了。

IP资源有限，一个网站总是一个IP的。

2009年我还没这个问题。最近两个月我也碰到这个问题。
可恶的Nonoh，乱扣钱。
