怀孕期间不能吃Thunfisch!
刚刚读到一篇报道,说怀孕期间不能吃Thunfisch, 因为金枪鱼含有大量的Quecksilber,会影响胎儿的脑部发育。最近天天中午都吃一个Thunfisch的Baguett,还觉得很有营养呢。。。。哭死!!!希望宝宝的健康不要受到影响,难过死了!!!!!!!! 少吃而已,并不是不能碰,如果里面含那么大量的汞,那还能卖吗?普通人也不能吃啊 尽量少吃就好,Lachs 我看书上也只建议每周吃一次。 大型海魚都不建議吃少吃就好了。。。其实它本身营养很丰富。。但凡事有利有弊,咱不能因噎废食不是?什么好东西,照着一样猛吃都不推荐~~
MM喜欢吃鱼的话,换着吃吧。。。鱼和牛肉多吃很好,很推荐~~{:5_342:} 德国孕妇杂志上都说Thunfisch是孕妇禁食的,水银含量太大了。不过没事的,以后不吃就行了,刚开始不知道的时候,我也吃过几次。 就吃hering呗,杂志上说这个最安全,就是吃起来费劲哪。 鱼腩部位脂肪多容易富集重金属,少吃为妙,食物要多样化,不仅仅是怀孕期间 每种海鱼的汞含量不一样,这边有一张表,准妈妈和准备怀孕的mm要记得看哦
