我怎么记得在七八年前德国就通过法律允许同性恋登记婚姻了。
又查了一下，德国的同性婚姻还没有法律效应

如果是没有法律效应，还可以理解CDU的投票，
否则CDU凭什么可以投票反对国家法律给与合法婚姻的税务平等？

又查了一下，是2011年的Lebenspartnerschaftsgesetz，承认同性之间的eingetragene Lebenspartnerschaft。 02年开始几个CDU执政州上诉联邦宪法法院，05年法规补充了同性eingetragene Lebenspartnerschaft在Rentenversicherung、Unterhalt及对继子女的收养权等方面权利，但当年默娘上台后搁置Gleichstellung，直到需要宪法法院主动强制判决，10年起相继出现部分Gleichstellung的判决。
奇怪，当年这个法律出台时挺轰动的，我一直记得是关于同性婚姻的法律。

那样遗传病的几率可就太高了。 异体还是好一点。哈
