可以发啊，从国内往德国，或者是从德国往国内，最近还好，有段时间好像收不到，我用O2啊
With my o2 contract card it's not possible to send SMS to China since December 20th, 2005.
At the moment it seems to be working with a Tchibo prepaid card (Tchibo also uses the o2 network),
and I have read that some o2 Loop prepaid cards are working, too.

It could depend on the o2 number block whether it's working or not.
0176 22XX XXXX is not working, but 0176 52XX XXXX seems to be working.

我有个同学就可以发短信给家里，据说她爸爸的手机是全球通的，我爸的是神州行的，我就发不过去。
以前中国给我发，我给中国发都可以收到，可是从2月份开始我给中国发的短信就收不到了。
