Marschmallow Cheesecake / 棉花糖乳酪蛋糕

原方子在这里,我稍微改变了一下,不用饼干底,而是用海绵蛋糕底。还有就是只放了200克(7oz)的棉花糖。我放了一圈威化卷,不过没有放的很凑紧,所以乳酪馅有点外漏。

200 g Marshmallows 棉花糖
120 ml Milk 牛奶
250 g Cream cheese, softened 奶油乳酪
1 pc Egg yolk 蛋黄
1/2 tbsp Lemon juice 柠檬汁
200 g Heavy cream 鲜奶油
1 (9 inch) Sponge cake 海绵蛋糕
Waffel rolls威化卷
#Decoration:装饰
Chocoate 巧克力
Hazelnuts 榛子

1. In a saucepan on low heat, combine marshmallows and milk. Cook until marshmallows are melted, and mixture starts to boil. Remove from heat.
把棉花糖和牛奶放到一小锅里,低火煮开,直至棉花糖融化。移开。
2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in egg yolk. Fold in 1/3 of the melted marshmallow mixture, then quickly fold in remaining marshmallow until no streaks remain. Stir in lemon juice.
把乳酪放入一个搅拌盆,搅打至匀滑。加入蛋黄拌匀。然后把1/3的棉花糖拌匀,然后再和剩下的棉花糖迅速拌匀。然后拌入柠檬汁。
3. In a large bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain.
把鲜奶油打至中性发泡,然后把它加入乳酪混合物中,拌至完全均匀。

4. Place the sponge cake in a mousse ring, surround with waffle rolls, then spread the cheese mixture into it. Refrigerate for 3 at least hours. Decorate with chocolate and hazelnut.
把海绵蛋糕放入慕丝圈里,环放上威化卷,然后徐徐把乳酪混合物倒入,入冰箱冰镇至少3小时。然后用巧克力和榛子装饰。
