Diejenige, die du hier als Beispiel hergeholt hast, haben ihre Karriere schon woanders gemacht. Sie haben bloß nur China angeknüpft mit ihrem Know-how, Resources, und High-Technologie etc.. Sie kennen gar kein Chinesisch, aber sie haben viele China-Experte zur Beratung angestellt. Parallel gibt es auch nicht wenige, die wegen mangelnder China-Kenntnisse ihre Karriere in China total versäumt haben.

i speak english everyday ,when i am working ,when i am talking with my collegues,but anyhow i have to understand german at least.and the more german i talk ,the worse my english becommes,so i have to try when i am talking ,very carefully to avoid the tinny mistakes,but it always happened.:mad:

Since I got a GF, who speaks only English, Portuguese, Japanese and some Cantonese, I have to speak English more often than before. 。。

呵呵，我英文也就一般般，实在不行就讲广东话，毕竟她也一样在HK生活过几年。

The most effective way is, to find a person, who cannt speak German, or speaks very little, and talk with him everyday. After two month you will see the effect.

This is my expierence.

I dont speak gut English, i make many many mistakes, but i am not afraid of saying English, and i can make myself understood.
