试用期过后大家工资增长的幅度调查

within 5% per year would be reasonable, 5% should be very high thru.

It could be that most of the men whose salaries are rised are in the range from 0% to 10%. Maybe it's a good idea to refine this special range, but not now in this selection, as several people have already chosen this range. 一开始工作,工资应该按合同上发。
试用期结束 ,只是多一个考评机会, 经理衡量一下你的BEZAHLUNG和表现的LEISTUNG。
很满意加一点, 也可能不加, 都是正常的。 不加的也不是说表现不好, 而是BEZAHLUNG,LEISTUNG 符合。
