其实一句话没个上下文，很难准确理解它的意思的；Möglichkeiten 除了“可能性”这个意思以外也有“机会”，“前景”的意思；其实这句话也可以理解为“我不知道，我除此之外还有什么别的办法。但是 (我选择的)现在这个，也挺好”。

（尽管）我不清楚，如果我当时不这样做的话，还会有哪些潜在的可能性可供选择。但是我觉得现在这种状况就挺好的。
原文用的是hätte虚拟式。
