Beschaffungslogistik 是专业名字，是连在一起写的。
现状，最好用Gegenstand.
发展这个词，看你怎么理解了。Entwicklung是一个过程，它可以指的是发展到现状的这个过程。如果我没理解错，你想研究的是它将来的发展方向，所以应该也可以不直译，而翻译为Zukunft.
"Die Gegenstände und Zukunft der Beschaffungslogistik der deutschen Unternehmen in China"

"The status and development of purchasing and supply management - aperspective on the German firms in China"
