好像是合同里要用的，我试着意译一下，欢迎来指正。
Whenever one of the three following mentioned cases happens in the arrangment of A side, A side has the dutyeither to offer B side an extra payment or to allow B to take coresponding days off.
1.working hours of B side are expended,
2. B works in legal/public holiday
3. B works in weekend
