有这么一段德文:

Frau XX hat nach Verordnung des Kultusministeriums über die Ausbildung und Prüfung an den Kaufmännischen Berufskollegs das einjährige Berufskolleg besucht und die Abschlußprüfung bestanden und ist damit berechtigt, die Berufsbezeichnung Staatlich geprüfte Wirtschaftsassistent zu führen

该如何翻译成英文呢?

我的翻译如下:

Under the Regulation of the Ministry of Culture on the training and examination Ms. XX took part in the Kaufmännischen Berufskolleg for one year and passed the final examination successfully. She is thus entitled to practice under the following professional title: State-certified Business Assistant.

has studied in 好些。
至少时态要改。
