Leisamen 在dm,rossman,netto都有卖的，而且很便宜，有三种，一种是没有碾碎的，完整的，一种是碾的半碎的，还有一种是碾的粉碎的，在dm好像三种都有，个人感觉碾的半碎的最好用。呵呵。

Wiki上查到的,不是我自己说的啊. 吃Leinsamen一定要同时多喝水,不然适得其反, 会堵塞肠道, 同时不能多吃,不然会降低免疫能力...
