200克 牛肉(有西冷最佳)
100克 洋葱丝
1粒 蒜末
40毫升 上汤
适量沙拉油
#腌料:
1/2大勺 生抽
1大勺 加饭酒
1/4小勺 小苏打
1/2大勺 玉米淀粉
1/2个 蛋白
#黑椒汁:
1小勺 黑胡椒粉
1大勺 蚝油
1/4小勺 砂糖
1/2大勺 生抽
200 g Beef rump steak (Sirloin preferable)
100 g Onion, shredded
1 clove Garlic, chopped
40 ml Stock
Salad oil
#Marinade:
1/2 tbsp Light soya sauce
1 tbsp Jiafan rice wine
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
1/2 pc Egg white
#Pepper Sauce:
1 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1/4 tsp Sugar
1/2 tbsp Light soya sauce

1. 将牛肉切成片或是条状。拌入腌料腌上30分钟。把黑椒汁拌好在一小碗里备用。Cut the beef into small strips or slices. Mix in the marinade and let stand for at least 30 minutes. Mix the pepper sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

2. 炒锅入油烧热,入腌好的牛肉炒至8分熟。捞起备用。留1大勺底油,入蒜末洋葱炒软。盛起备用。
Heat up a skillet with some oil. Add in marinated beef and cook until almost cooked. Scoop out and drain. Keep 1 tablespoon of oil in the skillet, adding in onion and garlice and stir until soft. Dish off.
3. 将调好的黑椒汁和上汤入锅烧开。牛肉和洋葱丝回锅翻炒1分钟左右即可盛盘。
Pour in the prepared sauce and the stock. Bring to a boil. Return the beef and onion to the skillet. Stir for about 1 minute until cooked. Dish off.

德国黄色洋葱是甜的,很好吃哦。。。要是不喜欢,你用青红椒。 甚至是蘑菇都可以。 好看做的也好,有机会也自己尝试一下啊! 口水ing,记得以前在大学的时候最喜欢点的就是黑椒牛肉,特别是用铁板上。 高手就是$高$$高$$高$ 高手$送花$$送花$ 不错不错,这个还蛮简单的~~~~~~~ 这个我超喜欢吃的!! 口水....一地~~~~
